The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday night at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The consent agenda includes approving the September 9 meeting minutes, a resolution approving bills and disbursements, a resolution renewing the Cash Farm Lease for Crookston Sports Center with E & L Reitmeier, and resolutions confirming the disposition of parcels on N. Broadway and Mill Street conform with the comprehensive plan.
The main agenda includes a public hearing for the business subsidy agreement for APG Development, and a resolution to approve the business subsidy with APG Development.
The Ways & Means Committee will meet immediately following City Council. The agenda includes approving the September 9 meeting report, and a 2018 Audit Presentation. There will be a presentation by Brian LaPlante, and a Respect MN Presentation by Chris Tiedeman. Also includes on the agenda are snow plowing policies and procedures, final water meter purchase, loan satisfaction SCDP grant and Northern Properties, and additional budget reduction discussion.
