The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston has reported the arrest of the following:
Kaylia Alese Merrill, 18, of Bemidji, for fifth-degree drug possession schedule 1/2/3/4/not small amount of marijuana
Edward Rogers, 19, of Grand Forks, ND, for misdemeanor domestic assault-intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another
Russell Jerome Fahlstrom, 31, of Laporte, for probation violation
