Altru Family YMCA and Altru Health System are hosting Health Trip 2022 “Here for You,” an 8-week wellness incentive program to help promote a healthy mind, body, and spirit through regular physical activity.
Health Trip encourages not only physical fitness and fun, but better nutrition, stress management, and overall wellness. Participants will be able to reach their fitness goals and track their progress on a map from Monday, February 7 through Sunday, April 3.
Health Trip is a goal-oriented program: the more physical activity and healthy lifestyle changes participants make, the farther they get on their map and the more prizes they earn. The program is designed to give individuals the flexibility to pick their choice of physical activity and healthy alternatives. Options are available to participate as an individual or part of a team.

Registration fees are $10 per person for Altru and YMCA employees and $15 for the general public. The registration fee includes a t-shirt.
