Angela Leiting, the former Fair Meadow Nursing Home and Assisted Living Administrator, has filed a lawsuit against the City of Fertile (owners of the nursing home) and Mayor Daniel Wilkens. River Valley Law’s Sarah Jewell is the lawyer representing Leiting and said no court date has been set, but a Notice of Case Filing and Assignment has been assigned, and Judge Jeffrey Remick will preside over the matter.
