The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the arrest of the following

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 4/10/25:

At 9:13 a.m., CFD responded to the 600 block of Widman Ln for a gas detector activation. Crews investigated and could not find a leak. The detector was deemed faulty, and the activation was believed to be a malfunction.

At 9:54 a.m., CFD responded to the 600 block of N Broadway for reports of smoke coming from a building. It was determined the smoke was just steam from a dryer vent.

At 12:13 p.m., CFD responded to an alarm activation on the UMC campus in Kiehle Hall. The alarm malfunctioned, and CFD turned the scene over to UMC staff.

At 1:15 p.m., CFD responded to the 600 block of N Front St. after a reported large brush fire. Crews found a brush pile was being burnt. Crews enforced the current burn ordinance and informed the residents that the pile could not be burned.

This morning at 3:52 a.m., CFD responded to another alarm activation on the UMC campus in Kiehle Hall. The alarm malfunctioned, and CFD turned the scene over to UMC staff.
