Josiah Miguel Wagner, 18, for obstructing the legal process/interfering with a peace officer
Saul Salinas, 43 of Crookston, for false imprisonment
Manly Michael McDermott, 28 of Moorhead, for failure to appear
Waleed Abdulaziz-Al-Ya Thatcher, 36 of Minnesota, on fifth degree drug sales, schedule four controlled substance mixture.
Jennifer Diane Harless, 37 of Steele, Missouri, for fifth degree procurement/possession/control over a controlled substance.
Jeremy Allen Webb, 43 of Steele, Missouri, for fifth degree procurement/possession/control over a controlled substance.
Ismail Abdullah Abulkadir, 20 of East Grand Forks, for third degree sale of narcotics.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 4/27/2021 –
At 12:50 p.m., the CFD responded to a call around the intersection of County Road 11 and 250th Ave SW for a smell of gas. CFD investigated with gas measuring tools, there was no gas found. Great Plains Natural Gas was contacted to further investigate, and upon their arrival, CFD cleared the scene.
At 11:25 p.m., the CFD responded to the 1200 block of Hwy S 75 for a water flow alarm activation. Upon investigation, it was found construction had caused the alarm to activate. There was no danger present. CFD turned control over to staff and cleared the scene.
