Theodore Frederick Earl, 20, of Red Lake Falls, for fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle.
Nathanial Daniel-David Tollefson, 23, of St. Hilaire, for disorderly conduct.
Joel Guerra, 44, of Rio Grand, Texas, for traffic DUI.
Joseph Allen Corneillie, 44, of East Grand Forks, for tampering with a motor vehicle without the owner’s permission.
Jorge Edwin Garibaldi, 34, no address listed, for entering a private/public area cordoned off by a peace officer.
Angel Rogelio Lopez, 29, of St. Cloud, for failing to appear in court while convicted of a felony.
Josiah Miguel Wagner, 20, of Crookston, for depriving custody/parent’s rights and causing a child to run away.
Sean Micheal Mattern, 36, of East Grand Forks, for third-degree DUI.
