The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Nicholas Walter Johnson, 35, of Red Lake Falls, for third-degree DUI and refusal to submit to chemical testing.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 8/30/2023 –
At 8:14 a.m., the CFD responded to the 500 block of Walsh St. for a report of a general fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found that contractors were on-site working and accidentally set off the alarm. There was no danger present. The CFD reset the alarm and cleared the scene.
