Justin Tyler Ramsey, 30, of Thief River Falls, for terroristic threats and reckless disregard for risk.
Jesus Alfredo Mariquez-Arana, 31, of Gary, for fourth-degree DUI.
Jaye Allan Pyatte, 31, of Red Lake Falls, for first-degree burglary.
Bradley Del Scholler, 61, of Grand Forks, for second-degree DUI and refusal to submit a chemical test.
Keith Austin Kees, 28, of Thief River Falls, for fourth-degree DUI.
