Isaac Manuel Lopez, 42 of Crookston, for bringing stolen goods into the state.
Carlos Martinez, 39 of Crookston, for violating a restraining order.
Heather Elaine Gray, 36 of Crookston, for terroristic threats, reckless disregard risk.

On Saturday, December 20th, at 5:30 p.m., the Crookston fire department responded to a call to the 1300th block of Alexander Avenue in Crookston for a Carbon Monoxide detector activation. On scene, firefighters found Carbon Monoxide inside the house from the cars running, so they ventilated the carbon monoxide out, before checking other potential sources in the house, and before clearing the scene.
On Sunday, December 21st, at 11:16 p.m., the Crookston fire department responded to a fire alarm activation from the 800th block of Fisher. On scene, it was just a trouble signal, which, after failed attempts to reset the alarm, was turned back over to the staff to contact the building’s maintenance.
