On Tuesday, December 23rd, at 11:09 a.m., the Crookston fire department responded to a call to Section 11 of Crookston Township for a two-vehicle accident. On scene, there were no significant injuries; firefighters cleared debris off the road while waiting for the tow truck before clearing the scene.
On Wednesday, December 24th, at 4:07 a.m., the Crookston Fire Department responded to a call from N. Acre Estate regarding a smoldering fire. On scene it the resident had put out the fire with minor damage reported, so firefighters checked for other hot spots before clearing the scene
