ARREST/FIRE REPORT-DECEMBER 26, 2022

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the following arrests.

Misty Mae Cramb, 37, of Crookston, for 5th-Degree Drug Possession

Andrew Jon Wollin, 33, of Red Lake Falls, for 3rd-Degree DUI

Cameron Jay Hulst, 21, of Crookston, for Using a False Name/DOB To Identify Self on Drivers License to Police.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend – 

12/24/2022

At 8:30 a.m., the CFD responded to the 300 block of 5th Ave S for a Carbon Monoxide detector activation. Upon arrival, the CFD used gas monitoring tools, and small levels of Carbon Monoxide were found. Upon investigation, the CFD found some furnace vents were covered with snow. The CFD cleared the vents of snow, and the Carbon Monoxide levels dropped. There was no other danger present. The CFD cleared the scene.

At 11:00 a.m., the CFD responded to the 300 block of S Minnesota St for a report of a general fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found that a sprinkler head was frozen, which cause the alarm to activate. There was no danger present. The CFD reset the panel, turned control over to staff, and cleared the scene

At 5:30 p.m., the CFD responded to a residence in Kertsonville township for a Carbon Monoxide detector activation. Upon arrival, the CFD used gas monitoring tools and there were small levels of Carbon Monoxide located in the furnace room. The CFD ventilated the furnace room, and the Carbon Monoxide levels dropped. There was no danger present. The CFD then cleared the scene.
