The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Cyril Everett Myers Bain, 37, of Waubun, for carrying a firearm without a permit.
Kylie Jordan Skramstad, 27, of Mahnomen, for third-degree DUI.
Travis Allen Kehn, 25, no address listed, for harassment and violating a restraining order.
