Arrest/Fire Report – Friday, April 9, 2021

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:

Stephen Todd Pederson, 55 of Grand Forks, ND, for felony 3rd-degree possession of methamphetamine in a school, park, or public housing zone.

Nolan Charles Bushee, 20 of Grand Forks, ND, for misdemeanor 5th-degree assault.

Miguel Hernandez, 27 of Grand Forks, ND, for misdemeanor domestic assault.

The Crookston Fire Department responded to the following calls on 4/8/2021:

At 12:08 p.m., the CFD was called to the intersection of Fisher Ave and Widman Ln to assist with a two-vehicle accident. There were no injuries and CFD assisted in directing traffic and general cleanup. CFD then cleared the scene.

At 1:49 a.m. this morning, CFD responded to section six of Andover Township, for a farm shop on fire. The fire was extinguished, and CFD cleared the scene. The cause of this fire is currently under investigation and we will have an update at a later time.
