The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:
Casey Benjamin Staff, 21 of Crookston, for a felony for discharging a weapon inside city limits.
David Michael Tsosie, 34 of Red Lake Falls, for gross misdemeanor disorderly conduct – caregiver against a vulnerable adult.
