ARREST/FIRE REPORT-JANUARY 11, 2023

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the following arrests.

Michael James Mondor, 29, of Walhalla, North Dakota, for DUI

Savva Andervvich Ivanov, 43, no address provided, for DUI

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 1/10/2023 –

At 1:00 p.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of E 2nd St. to assist the Crookston Water Department to flush out a shut-off valve due to a broken water line. Once the valve was cleared out and their assistance was no longer needed, the CFD cleared the scene.

At 4:00 p.m., the CFD responded to the 500 block of Strander Ave for a report of a gas smell. Upon arrival, the CFD investigated, and no gas was detected. The scene was deemed safe. The CFD cleared the scene.
