The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Samuel Alejondro Torrez, 38 of Warren, for being a fugitive from another state.
Chanan El Carlson, 58 of Audubon, for Third-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.
Paul Fletcher Tetreau, 64 of East Grand Forks, for Domestic Assault.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –

At 8:15 a.m., the CFD responded to the 1200 block of US Hwy 75 S for an alarm activation. Upon investigation, it was found to be a false alarm, and there was no danger present. The CFD reset the panel, turned over control to staff, and cleared the scene.
At 9:30 a.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of S Minnesota St for a detector activation. Upon investigation, it was found the detector had a low battery. There was no danger present, the detector was replaced, and the CFD cleared the scene.
