The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Jacob Jay Neil Richard, 36, of Crookston, for driving after cancellation.
Jamie Alameda, 52, of East Grand Forks, for disorderly conduct.
Corey Lance Mathieu, 36, of Crookston, was charged with being a public nuisance.
Wade Christopher LaPlante, 36, of Detroit Lakes, for traffic DUI.
Wayne Xavier Buckles, 43, no address listed, for fourth-degree assault to a peace officer.
Cathie Annette Janorschke, 58, of Crookston, for traffic DUI.
Brad Garrard Lemeister, 51, of Ada, for fifth-degree drug possession.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –

At 7:49 a.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of Sargent St. for a report of a fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found that cooking had caused the activation. There was no danger present. The CFD ventilated the residence, reset the alarm, and then cleared the scene.
At 4:18 p.m., the CFD responded to the 1300 block of St. Marys Dr for a report of a detector sounding. Upon arrival, the CFD investigated and there was no danger present. The CFD performed a smoke survey and replaced some detectors. Once the residence was deemed safe, the CFD cleared the scene.
