The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the following arrests.
Rudolfo Delgado III, 35, of East Grand Forks, for Terroristic Threats
Timothy Jay Sanchez, 40, of Crookston, for Domestic Abuse, Violating a No Contact Order
James Peter Scanlon, 35, no address provided, Theft- Take/Drive Motor Vehicle
Stephen Clifford Stone, 31, of Ogema, for receiving Stolen Property
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –
12/30/2022
At 8:06 p.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of 8th St W for a report of a smoke detector activation. Upon arrival, it was found to be a dead battery alert. There was no danger present. The CFD replaced the battery and cleared the scene.
1/1/2023
At 7:19 p.m., the CFD responded to the 800 block of Groveland Ave for a report of a heavy gas smell in a home. Upon arrival, the CFD investigated and found the gas meter outside had snow around the vent. The CFD cleared the snow around the vent. There was no danger present. The CFD then cleared the scene.
