The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Heidi Suzanne Nelson, 46, of Crookston, for escaping from custody while on pass status or provisional discharge.
Rick John Schoephoerster, 53, of Felton, for third-degree DUI and refusal to submit to chemical testing.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 1/22/2024 –
At 9:26 a.m., the CFD responded to the 500 block of Fisher Ave for a report of a one-vehicle accident involving an electrical pole. Upon arrival, the CFD assisted the electrical company make the scene safe and performed traffic control. There were no injuries to report. Once the area was deemed safe, the CFD cleared the scene.
