The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the arrest of the following-
Luc Skyler Boisvert, 33 of Gary, for misdemeanor domestic assault.
David Carl Swenson, 50 of East Grand Forks, for harassment – violation of a restraining order.
Jenna Marie Hunt, 41 of East Grand Forks, for third-degree DUI with one aggravating factor.
Jeremy Paul Kotaska, 48 of East Grand Forks, for third-degree drug possession in a school, park, or public housing zone.
