ARREST/FIRE REPORT, JULY 12, 2022

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston made the following arrests.

Bailey Cheyenne Lindell, 27, of Bemidji, for DUI

Jessica Edith Zambrano, 33, of Crookston, for DUI

Shelley Lynn Thompson, 57, of Erskine, for 3rd-Degree DUI

Bonnie Marie Martinez, 61, of Crookston, for Harassment and Violating a Restraining Order.

Travis Jon Strandell, 28, of East Grand Forks, for 2nd-Degree Assault with a Dangerous Weapon

Da’Jon Daniel Matanah, 24, of Crookston, for 5th-Degree Drug Possession.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 7/11/2022 –

At 9:20 a.m., the CFD responded to the 1700 block of University Ave for a report of a hot electrical smell. Upon investigation, the CFD did find a heated-up circuit breaker. The CFD then turned off the electrical panel, and the business called an electrician to make repairs. The area was deemed safe, and the CFD then cleared the scene.
