The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Carlos Martinez, 35, of Crookston, for Domestic Abuse
Donald Dean Boone, 53, of Crookston, for Domestic Assault
Felix Ramirez Jr., 55, of Warren, for DUI.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –
7/17/2022
At 4 a.m., the CFD responded to the 500 block of Hunter St. for a report of a Carbon Monoxide detector activation. Upon arrival, the CFD used gas monitoring tools, and no Carbon Monoxide was found. It was determined that the detector needed new batteries. There was no danger present, and the CFD then cleared the scene.
7/18/2022
At 2 a.m., the CFD responded to the 800 block of Marin Ave for a fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found to be a faulty alarm. There was no danger present. The CFD reset the system and turned over control to staff. The CFD then cleared the scene.
