Jonathan Ray Farrell, 43, of Tonalea, Arizona, for DUI in the third degree, alcohol concentration over .10 or more.
Beonnca Larae Bellanger, 20, for Drug Possession in the third degree, Methamphetamine/Amphetamine in a School/Park/Public Housing zone.
