The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the arrest of the following-
Randy Joseph Kappes, 43, of Ulen, for Driving after revocation of a driver’s license.
Jessica Joy Green, 43, of Perley, for Domestic Assault, acts to cause fear or immediate bodily harm or death.
Jeffery Allen Briggs, 60, of Crookston, for DUI in the fourth degree, driving while impaired.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 6/25/2024 –
At 10:13 a.m., the CFD responded to the 2300 block of Sahlstrom Dr for a report of an alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found that burnt food had caused the alarm to activate. There was no danger present. The CFD ventilated the room, reset the alarm, and then cleared the scene.
At 2:58 p.m., the CFD responded to the 600 block of Bruce St. for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found to be an unintentional activation of a pull alarm. There was no danger present. Staff on the scene reset the alarm, and the CFD cleared the scene.
