Justin James Aguilera, 20 of Erskine, for fugitive from justice from another state.
Rachel Anastasia Anderson, 39 of Ada, for disorderly conduct.
Manuel Martinez Jr., 44 of East Grand Forks, for criminal sexual conduct, first degree penetration or contact with person under 13.
Hailey Ann Czapiewski, 25 for East Grand Forks, for third degree drug possession, methamphetamine/amphetamine in a school/park/public housing zone.
Gary Herbert Sundquist, 60 of Fargo, for third-degree drugs possession, methamphetamine/amphetamine in a school/park/public zone
Aaron Afshein Abdollahi-Rad, 38 of Denham Springs, Louisiana for fourth-degree assault on a peace officer demonstrable bodily harm or throws/transfer of bodily fluids or feces.
Abdulfathah Abdulwasi Abdulaziz, 31 of East Grand Forks, for failure to appear, charged/convicted of a gross misdemeanor
Avis Ann Studer, 64 of Crookston, for third degree drug possession of a schedule 1 or 2 narcotic, LSD/MDA/or MDMA in a school/park/public housing zone.
Kallob Roy Burnside, 20 of Hawley, for first degree damage to property
Cole William Anderson, 27 of of Ada, for a probation violation
