Joseph Emmit Primeau, 46 of Halstad, DUI and driving after cancelation.

Ronnie Lopez Maldonado, 38 of Grand Forks, for theft – take/use/transfer of a movable prop without consent.

Jim Thomas Scheef, 45 of Fisher, for DUI

Cassie Alexis Lopez, 22 of East Grand Forks, for fifth degree assault

Scott David Mondry, 61 of Halstad, for DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test

Hilario Rincon, 49 of East Grand Forks, for domestic abuse no contact order and violation of a contact order.

Tyler Leslie Tronnes, 39 of Shelly for driving after cancelation.
