Keeshya Ann Decoteau, 19, of Grand Forks, for Obstruction of the legal process

Billy Joe Contreras, 36, of Thief River Falls, for DUI

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following call on 3/24/25:

At 8:35 a.m., CFD responded to the 500 block of Robert St. for a reported gas leak. Both CFD and the gas company investigated, but found nothing concerning.
