ARREST/FIRE REPORT- MARCH 26, 2024

The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-

Chad Erwin Gunufson, 51, of Fosston, was charged as a public nuisance.

Russel Jerome Fahlstrom, 29, of Crookston, for disorderly conduct.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 3/25/2024 –

At 10:49 a.m., the CFD responded to Section 8 of Euclid Township for a report of a structure fire. Upon arrival, the CFD was able to extinguish the fire. The structure was deemed a total loss. There were no injuries to report. The CFD then cleared the scene. For more information, click here.

At 11:38 a.m., the CFD responded to the 100 block of Sargent St for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found that cooking had caused the alarm to activate. There was no danger present. The CFD reset the alarm and then cleared the scene.
