The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston made the following arrests.

Desiree Lynn Vacura, 35, of East Grand Forks, for 3rd-Degree DUI
Albert DeLeon Sr., 69, of East Grand Forks, for 2nd Degree Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
