The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Devon Bradley Benke, 28, of Middle River, for fourth-degree assault to a peace officer.
Emanuel Garza, 35, of Crookston, for escaping custody while held pursuant to lawful arrest.
