Jason Michael Cummings, 42, of St. Paul, for failure to appear in court while being convicted of a felony.
Jonattan Jamar Mudd, 26, no address listed, for domestic assault.
Ryan Farah Powell, of Crookston, for second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
Lisa Jean Soulier, 25, of Crookston, for fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle.
Chad Allen Wicklund, of Fergus Falls, was charged with a public nuisance.
Brian Allen Torkelson, 33, no address listed, for driving after cancellation.
Henry Cordero, 60, of Crookston, for traffic DUI.
Jesse Frank Lunak, 44, no address listed, for traffic DUI (under the influence of a controlled substance other than alcohol).
Patricia Jean Asleson, 40, no address listed, for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
