The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:
Joey Lee Wright, 48 of East Grand Forks, for misdemeanor failure to appear.
Kevin Anderson, 26 of Red Lake, for Domestic Assault-Misdemeanor with intent to inflict bodily harm.
Kelsey Graham Schultz, 41 of Fosston, for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle/enter without the owner’s permission.
Jessica Erin Link, 41 of East Grand Forks, for third-degree possession of a scheduled 1 or 2 narcotic/LSD/MDA or MDMA in a school/park/public housing zone.
Cortez Clinton Rainey, 35 of East Grand Forks, for third-degree possession of a scheduled 1 or 2 narcotic/LSD/MDA or MDMA in a school/park/public housing zone.
Laeela Marie Steinmetz, 25 of Crookston, for third-degree possession of a scheduled 1 or 2 narcotic/LSD/MDA or MDMA in a school/park/public housing zone.
Julie Ann Miller, 49 of Crookston, third-degree possession of a scheduled 1 or 2 narcotic/LSD/MDA or MDMA in a school/park/public housing zone.
Michael Ned Valinski, 40 of Crookston, for probation violation.
Derek Todd Myrvik, 30 of Grand Forks, ND, for felony 3rd-degree possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, or heroin.
Crooskton Fire Department Fire Report:
On Saturday, August 22 at 1:47 AM, the Crookston Fire Department reported to the 300 block of S Minnesota for an alarm activation. Investigated and found detector going off on the fourth floor. The electrical panel was reset and turned it over to staff. The cause of alarm activation is unknown.
On Sunday, August 23 at 8:35 PM, the Crookston Fire Departement reported to the 100 block Lincoln Ave for a burning complaint. Arrived on scene to a fire being burned, which was an illegal burning. Extinguished fire and cleared scene.
