The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:
Jimmy Lynn Vondal, 28 of Warren, for felony 2nd-degree sale of methamphetamine in a school park or public housing zone.
Jeremy Jon Sertich, 28 of Fosston, for felony 1st-degree damage to property.
Nicholas Andrew Follette, 30 of Crookston, for a gross misdemeanor for refusing to submit to a chemical test.
Samuel Paul Scott, 30 of Fertile, for misdemeanor domestic assault. Released on personal recognizance.
Abby Lee Mosbeck, 38 of Red Lake Falls, for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.
Fire Calls:
At 7:45 Friday evening, the Crookston Fire Department was dispatched to a 2-vehicle accident in Euclid Township at the intersection of U.S. 75 and County Road 21. They assisted the Warren Fire Department with traffic control and some minor injuries.
On Saturday at 12:19 p.m., they were called to investigate a rotten egg smell in a residence on the 100 block of Marin venue. Dry sewer traps were found, water was poured down them to correct the problem.
On Sunday at 7:43 a.m. they responded to an alarm at the Crookston Sports Center that was found to be the result of a detector malfunction, the system was reset.
Sunday at 10:25 a.m., they responded to UMC’s Kiel Building for an elevator alarm activation and found that the button had been accidentally pushed.
At 9:50 Sunday evening, they responded to an alarm activation at the Polk County Government Center on North Broadway in Crookston, it was found to be a system malfunction.
