The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:
Timothy John Petersen, 38 of Erskine, for felony 5th-degree possession or procurement of a controlled substance.
Jessica Jean Piland, 30, for gross misdemeanor counterfeiting of currency uttering or possessing.
Linnea Rae Edman, 37, as a felony fugitive from justice in another state.
Omar Jarrel Sanchez, 41 of Crookston, for felony 3rd-degree possession of methamphetamine or amphetamine in school, park or public housing zone. Charges dropped.
Fire Calls
At 2:40 Thursday afternoon, the Crookston Fire Department responded to an alarm at the Law Enforcement Center in Crookston. A company was doing testing and had not notified the Fire Department.
