The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:
Peter John Rusling, 34 of East Grand Forks, for misdemeanor contempt of court for constructive or other unlawful interference with court process or proceedings. Bail Supplied.
Danny Arthur Bushaw, 51 of East Grand Forks, for felony theft of services.
Donald Lawrance Briggs Jr., 41 of Crookston, for felony 1st-degree sale of drugs, 10 grams or more cocaine, heroin or meth within a 90-day period.
Rocky Dan Anderson, 51 of Crookston, for felony 1st-degree sale of drugs, 10 grams or more cocaine, heroin or meth within a 90-day period.
Ned Samuel Green, 25 of Bemidji, for a felony probation violation. Released to another authority.
Tommy Pharr Smith, 25 of Crookston, for misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Gina Morales, 28 of Crookston, for felony 5th-degree possession of drugs. Possession of a Schedule 1-4 narcotic or not a small amount of marijuana.
FIRE CALLS
At 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 3 the Grand Forks Fire Department responded to a deck fire at 3500 30th Avenue South. The fire was extinguished by a bystander upon arrival. Cause of the fire was determined to be the improper extinguishment of smoking materials.
