The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Richard Lee Fabian, 41 of East Grand Forks, for Third-Degree Drug Possession of Methamphetamine.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 11/11/2021 –
At 4:04 p.m., the CFD responded to the intersection of US Hwy 75 S and 3rd Ave S for a report of a two-vehicle accident. CFD assisted with local EMS providing first-aid, cleanup, and traffic control. The CFD then cleared the scene.
At 5:57 p.m., the CFD responded to the 2900 block of University Ave for a smoke alarm activation. Upon investigation, it was found to be caused by cooking. The CFD ventilated the area and reset the alarm, and cleared the scene.
At 11:53 p.m., the CFD responded to the 1100 block of Barrette St. for a Carbon Monoxide alarm activation. Upon investigation, it was found to be caused by a low battery. The CFD replaced the battery and cleared the scene.
