ARREST/FIRE REPORT-NOVEMBER 13

The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-

Cat Adkins, 45, of Ada, for fourth-degree DUI.

Antonio James Salinas, 46, of East Grand Forks, for third-degree drug possession.

Laura Beth Meidl, 57, of Fosston, for failure to appear in court while being convicted of a misdemeanor.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –

At 12:55 p.m., the CFD responded to the 900 block of N Broadway for a report of a water flow out of a sink that would not stop. Upon arrival, the CFD was not able to stop the flow of water at the sink. The CFD went to the basement and shut off the water main. There was no danger present. The CFD then cleared the scene.
