The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Katlyn Alice Baumann, 22, of Fosston, for 2nd-Degree DUI
Brian Earl Cooper, 50, of East Grand Forks, for Domestic Assault
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –

At 11:26 p.m., the CFD responded to the 500 block of Ingersoll Ave for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, the CFD found smoke on the second floor. The CFD located a small fire and used a fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire. The CFD then ventilated the floor to clear the smoke and cleared the scene.
