ARREST/FIRE REPORT-NOVEMBER 21

The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-

Drake Edwin Tupper, 33, of Crookston, for second-degree DUI while impaired with two or more aggravating factors.

Brent Gordon Massmann, 44, of East Grand Forks, for fourth-degree DUI.

Johnny Lee Lowe, 49, of Barnesville, for driving after cancellation.

Nicholas James Margelofsky, 44, of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, for second-degree DUI.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 11/20/2023 –

At 7:10 p.m., the CFD responded to the 2900 block of University Ave for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, there was some smoke present in the hallway. The CFD investigated, and it was found to be a faulty exhaust system. There was no danger present. The CFD turned over control to staff and cleared the scene.
