The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Jennifer Dawn Berhow, 38 of Crookston, for Fifth-Degree Drug Possession.
Adam Scott Newquist. 27 of Dilworth, for Issuing a Dishonored Check.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 11/24/2021 –
At 6:00 a.m., the CFD responded to the 1600 block of Stephens Dr. to investigate a fire in a home that was extinguished by the homeowner. Upon investigation, it was found a candle was too close to combustibles. The scene was deemed safe and the fire was ruled accidental and CFD cleared the scene.
At 8:45 p.m., the CFD responded to the 800 block of Fisher Ave for an elevator alarm activation. Upon arrival, there was no danger present, the CFD reset the alarm and cleared the scene.
