Kevin Howard Kiecker, 43, was arrested in Winger for DUI

Jason Lance Redman, 34, of East Grand Forks, for Communication Interference with 911 call

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following call overnight:

Around 12:52 a.m., a permitted burn sparked back up in northwest Crookston. Crews extinguished the fire and cleared the scene.
