The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 11/2/2022 –
At 1:13 p.m., the CFD responded to the 400 block of Pleasant Ave due to a citizen concerned over an unattended campfire from the night before. The CFD extinguished the fire. There was no danger present. The CFD then cleared the scene.
At 3:29 p.m., the CFD responded to the 600 block of Stuart Ave for a report of a detector activation. Upon arrival, it was found that the detector was at the end of its life. There was no danger present. The CFD replaced the detector and cleared the scene.
