ARREST/FIRE REPORT-NOVEMBER 9

The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-

Brian Keith Jourdain, 34, of East Grand Forks, for probation violation.

Gary Herbert Sundquist, 63, of Crookston, for drug sales in the third degree.

Wayne Robert Abrahamson, 65, of Crookston, for traffic DUI under drug influence.

Avis Ann Studer, 67, of Crookston, for third-degree drug possession in a school, park, or housing zone.

Crystal Lea King, 42, of East Grand Forks, for being a fugitive of justice in another state.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 11/8/2023 –

At 3:22 p.m., the CFD responded to the 200 block of 5th Ave S for a report of a general fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, the CFD investigated, and no danger was present. It was found to be a dirty detector that had caused the activation. The CFD reset the panel and cleared the scene.
