The Northwest Regional Correction Center Reported the Arrest Of The Following-

Jesse Bart Griffith, 29, of Crookston, for Possession, dispensing, or disposal of Hypodermic Syringes.

Cassandra Lee Lopez, 36, of East Grand Forks, for 5th Degree Drug Possession.

Jennifer Lynn Martinez, 24, of East Grand Forks, for Domestic Assault.

Trevor John Sabol, 32, of Perham, for DUI.

Lisa Jean Ohlrogge, 36, of Lancaster, for 3rd Degree Drug Possession in School, Park, or Public Housing Zone.

Justin Lee Salinas, 19, of Crookston for Terroristic Threats.

The Crookston Fire Department was called out to the following over the weekend –

October 18 –
9:40 a.m. to Lowell Township for a white can burning in a field. It was a hay bale on fire. They extinguished the fire and no other damage was reported.

3:00 p.m. – to the 400 block of Stuart Avenue for a resident burning leaves in the backyard. The firefighters educated the public.

7:00 p.m. – to the 900 block of Broadway for a CO detector sounding. They helped install batteries in the detectors.

7:40 p.m. – to the 400 block of East Robert for a cat in the tree. They weren’t able to get the cat out of the tree because there were to many power lines.

October 19-
2:40 p.m. – to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 2 and 270th Avenue SW for a car in the ditch. Everybody was able to get out of the car and the firefighters disconnected power to the SUV. They took pictures and left the scene.

4:00 p.m. – Did a smoke detector survey

9:20 p.m. Sent the rural crew to Climax to help with a smell of gas at a residence. They found a faulty detector.
