The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Robert Leonard Pace, 35 of Minneapolis, for Probation Violation.
Christopher Allen Sours, 57 of Clearbrook, for Probation Violation.
Mario Alberto Diaz, 25 of Crookston, for Domestic Assault.
Angela Ann Ostwald, 49 of Monticello for Probation Violation.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –
10/22/2021
At 9:23 a.m., the CFD responded to the intersection of S Market St. and W Robert St. for a two-vehicle accident. The CFD assisted with traffic control and cleanup of debris. Once the intersection was clear, CFD cleared the scene.
At 6:00 p.m., the CFD assisted with the UMC homecoming bonfire. The CFD was on standby to make sure everyone was able to safely enjoy the bonfire.
10/24/2021
At 2:00 p.m., the CFD responded to the intersection of Hwy 75 and County Road 9 for an anhydrous ammonia tank that was hit by a car and was leaking. The CFD fixed the leak and contained the intersection until Advanced Tire arrived and loaded the tank up on a trailer. The CFD cleaned up the intersection and then cleared the scene.
