Stephen Matthew Knox, 51 of Fisher, for DUI-Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Kirk Emil Luckow, 43 of Fisher, for DUI-Second Degree Driving While Impaired.
Joshua Ismael Portillo-Hernandez, 31 of Crookston, for Dmestic Assault by Strangulation.
Justin Thomas Tofflemoyer, 44 (no address given) for Trespassing and refusal to depart.
Blake Patrick Gaddie, 27 of East Grand Forks, for Domestic Abuse, by violating order for protection.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 9/13/2021 –
At 10:00 p.m., the CFD was called to the 300 block of Lincoln Ave for a garage detector activation. When the detector activated, it called a personal alarm company, which contacted the CFD for a smoke alarm. Upon arrival, there was no danger present, and the homeowner confirmed it was a false alarm. The CFD cleared the scene.
