ARREST/FIRE REPORT-SEPTEMBER 26, 2022

The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrest.

Maria Savell Salinas, 49, of Crookston, for 3rd-Degree Drug Possession of Methamphetamine.

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls over the weekend –

At 7:30 p.m., the CFD responded to the 200 block of S Main St. for a Carbon Monoxide detector activation. Upon arrival, the CFD used gas monitoring tools and no Carbon Monoxide was present. The CFD replaced the detector as it was found to be at the end of its life. There was no danger present, and the CFD cleared the scene.
