The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests.
Candace Lynn Sam, 41 of Crookston, for obstructing the Legal Process by interfering with a Peace Officer.
Nathan Ray Schneider, 36 of Grand Forks, for driving a Motor Vehicle after the cancellation of license.
The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 9/29/2021 –
At 5:53 p.m., the CFD responded to the 200 block of S Broadway for a fire alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found the alarm activation was caused by smoke from burnt food. The CFD ventilated the house and there was no danger present. The CFD reset the alarm and cleared the scene.
