Jose Antonio Baltodao-Gutierrez, 24, was arrested in Pennington County and was held for Immigration and Naturalization Services.
Julian Rivera, 44, of East Grand Forks, for Domestic Assault
Richard Franklin Jackson, 54, of East Grand Forks, for 4th Degree Assault on a Peace Officer
Todd Richard Farris, 34, or Erskine, for Harassment and Violation of Restraining Order
Dale Lambert Otto, 47, of Crookston for DUI
